By the time a client comes to me they have usually spent countless years dieting, losing and regaining the same weight over and over again and feeling hopeless that things will ever change.

Diets and exercise plans only act as a sticking plaster and offer short terms results because they fail to address the clients root cause...the WHY.

Our relationship with food is complex and our associations with food often stem right back to childhood.

Perhaps you were rewarded with sweets a child?

Or you were denied food as punishment?

Or you experienced food poverty?

Or you weren't allowed to leave food on your plate?

Many of us have engrained beliefs about food that aren't in our conscious awareness but come into play in our lives every day.

If you have an unhealthy relationship with food and are caught in continuous sabotage, you must identify and overcome the underlying beliefs that are causing the unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
