The purpose of a breakthrough session is to get insight into the root cause of your issues with food and to provide clear actionable steps to help you begin to break the binge eating cycle.
You will complete a comprehensive questionnaire before our session, so we can make the most of our time together.
In the initial session, we will deep dive into your food and weight history. This will enable us to get a clear understanding, not only of your relationship with food but also of the subconscious values and beliefs you have. These values and beliefs might be causing you to sabotage.
You will also receive self-help resources to embed your learning and have a personalised plan of steps to begin your journey to food freedom.
I will then write and record a bespoke hypnosis recording to listen to every day until our follow-up consultation.
