Do you feel like you're addicted to food?
Sadly, the narrative that to resolve your issues you only need more self-control, will-power or restraint causes more harm than good. This is exacerbated by diet culture that also offers a simple solution of ‘eat less and move more’ to what is often a complex problem.
Whilst making changes to our diet can of course support improvements in health and weight loss (if that’s a goal), it is only one piece of the puzzle.
Our associations with food are developed very early in childhood and we can hold very deep attachments to them. Emotion will always win over logic, which is why we cannot rely on willpower or self-control to create lasting change. In order to overcome our issues with food to create our happiest and healthiest self, we must rewrite the old subconscious beliefs that are keeping us stuck in sabotage.

Hypnosis is used to access the subconscious mind which will reveal, reprogram and change restricting beliefs with command therapy and positive reinforcement.
Results are achieved when the limiting beliefs and unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns are identified and then treated.

You may have tried hypnosis recordings in the past and perhaps only listened for a few days because some of what was being said didn't resonate with you?
Whilst generic hypnosis recordings can be helpful, they are much more effective when they are personalised to you!
Fill out a comprehensive questionnaire to provide me with a clear understanding of your specific issues with food and it's origins and I will write and record a bespoke hypnosis audio for you!
You will also receive the audio recording within 5-7 days and it is essential that you listen to for at least 21 – 28 days.
The mind learns by repetition and so by listening to this personalised recording often you are reprogramming your mind with new thought patterns, which leads to new habits of action. This is why it is incredibly helpful at overcoming disordered eating issues.
